NASA and SpaceX Rocket Launch

NASA and SpaceX successfully launched the Crew-10 mission to the International Space Station (ISS) on March 14, 2025, at 7:03 p.m. EDT. The mission lifted off from Launch Complex 39A at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

The Crew-10 mission comprises four astronauts: NASA's Anne McClain and Nichole Ayers, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency's Takuya Onishi, and Roscosmos' Kirill Peskov. They are scheduled to dock with the ISS on March 15, 2025, at approximately 1:05 a.m. EDT. The Dragon Endurance spacecraft, used for this mission, successfully docked with the ISS, paving the way for the return of the stranded astronauts later this month.

This mission is particularly significant as it facilitates the return of NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams, who have been aboard the ISS since June 2024. Their return was delayed due to technical issues with Boeing's Starliner spacecraft.

For those interested in upcoming launches, SpaceX plans to launch a batch of 23 Starlink satellites from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station on March 15, 2025, at 10:31 a.m. EDT.
